GETTING STARTED
If you bought through Stripe, your download link is in the receipt email sent right after checkout. If you bought through Etsy, go to Etsy → Purchases and Reviews to download your file. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Every file is a standard .xlsx spreadsheet. Open it with Microsoft Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets — no special software required.
Upload the downloaded .xlsx file to Google Drive, then open it — Drive converts it to a Google Sheet automatically. From there it works like any other Google Sheet.
Every free calculator is listed on our Free Tools page, and you'll also find the ones for your trade on each product's page.
USING OUR PRODUCTS
Look for the blue cells — those are the ones you're meant to fill in. Everything else calculates automatically, so you don't need to touch it.
Each workbook includes a "How to Use" tab that walks through what every number means and where it comes from.
Yes. These are standard, unlocked Excel/Google Sheets files — you're free to edit labels, colors, and formulas to fit how you work.

ORDERS & PURCHASES
Check the receipt/confirmation email from Stripe, or your Purchases and Reviews page on Etsy. If it's genuinely missing, contact us below and we'll help you get it.
Contact us with your order details and which product you meant to get — we'll help sort it out.
This is almost always a spam-folder or delivery-platform issue. Contact us with your order number and we'll get the file to you directly.
Reach out and tell us what happened — refund requests are handled case by case, and digital purchases through Etsy or Stripe follow that platform's own purchase protections as well.
TECHNICAL HELP
Double-check that a formula cell wasn't accidentally overwritten with a typed value. If something still looks wrong, re-download a fresh copy of the file and compare.
Make sure it downloaded fully and isn't still zipped. If you're on a phone, try opening it from a laptop or desktop spreadsheet app first.
That's normal — Google Sheets doesn't render every Excel formatting feature identically. The formulas and data are unaffected.
Please let us know exactly what you found and where — we take these seriously and want every tool to be accurate.
